Q. Our organization would like to submit a request to obtain a donation. How do we proceed?

A. You should first validate if your organization and your project meet the conditions for Foundation support. For more information regarding eligibility please visit the section Request for donation / Application & Request Form


Q. I would like to volunteer for the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation. How do I register?

A. At each Canadiens game at the Bell Centre, the Foundation needs the help of volunteers to sell lottery tickets. For more information visit the section Programs / Lottery / Volunteering – University students.


Q. I am organizing a fundraising event and would like to donate the money raised to your Foundation. How do I proceed?

A. We invite you to complete the form Third party fundraising under the heading Organize a fundraising event.


Q. I would like for my child or a group of children experiencing difficulties to attend a Canadiens game at the Bell Centre. Is this possible?

A. Brian Gionta and Scott Gomez rented a suite for sick and underprivileged children to attend a Canadiens’ game at the Bell Centre and enjoy an unforgettable experience. To submit a request for a child or a community group please visit the section Programs / Les Amis de Scott & Brian.

Q. When was the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation created?

A. It was founded back in August 2000 by Mr. Pierre Boivin, then President of the Montreal Canadiens who is still serving as chairman of the Foundation. To learn more about the Foundation, please read the Who we are / Mission section.


Q. Are the outdoor multipurpose community ice rinks built by the Foundation in underprivileged neighbourhoods in Montreal accessible to the public in general? Where are they located and do we have access to them?

A. The Bleu Blanc Bouge community rinks are used and managed primarily by the beneficiary schools and organizations working with the youth of the area. We invite you to browse through the web site of each of the boroughs for the weekly scheduling:

Q. What was last game’s lottery winning number?

A. The season’s winning lottery numbers can be found under the section Programs/Lottery


Q. How can I acquire unique Montreal Canadiens collectibles and memorabilia?

A. At each Canadiens’ home game at the Bell Centre, the Foundation holds silent auctions in various areas of the building providing attending fans with a unique opportunity to bid on unique items. For more information: click on Programs / Auctions.

  1. During each intermission at the Canadiens home games, a child is riding around the rink with the Zamboni driver. How can I arrange for my child to have a ride on the Zamboni?


A. You must first and foremost have tickets to attend a Canadiens’ game. To find out more on how to proceed, please click on the section Programs / Zamboni tours.


Q. I’d like to post a message on the giant HD central video board during a game. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to have a special message or birthday wishes displayed on the scoreboard during a game. Please visit the section Programs / Bell Centre Scoreboard Messages

There are three ways for you to donate to the Foundation:
