METRO: A HEALTHY CAMPAIGN

In collaboration with Emballages Marcan and the Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation, Metro offers its customers the opportunity to help kids by purchasing fruits and vegetables, such as oranges and different variety of onions. For each purchase of these products sold in stores, 5¢ is given back to the Foundation. In return, the clients may participate in a contest to win various prizes, including tickets to a Montreal Canadiens' game, autographed items, or this year's grand prize: be part of the official team picture!

For the 2012 campaign, the Foundation received a generous amount of $100,000. Thanks to the success of this initiative, Metro and Emballages Marcan donated over $450,000 in the past seven years to support the Foundation's efforts.
